    While on our drive from Quebec City to New Hampshire, we overnighted in Sherbrooke. FYI, people here really are French speaking! Therefore, we ordered dinner via Google Translate. The meal was solidly good and my son ordered an encore of his shrimp pad Thai. My daughter decided she needed to learn French.

    Arrived this evening before nine PM (21h), well over an hour before closing time. (Sign outside said "OUVERT", hours in the window said "17h00-22h00".)

    Walked in, dining room was half full. Asked to be seated, was curtly told they were closed.

    Will not be back.
